Helping Christian Women Rediscover Their Worth, Purpose, and Identity Through God's Love

The Heart Behind SoulyFit:SoulyFit was born from a simple truth the Lord placed on Lorin's heart: we can only live as healthy as our souls are functioning. As a Christian author, educator, life coach, wife, and busy mother of five, Lorin understands firsthand the challenges women face while trying to balance family, relationships, responsibilities, faith, and personal growth. Like many women, she has experienced seasons of joy, heartbreak, uncertainty, healing, and learning to trust God through life's unexpected twists and turns.Along her journey, God began showing her that while many people focus on strengthening their physical bodies, He is equally concerned with the health of our souls—our mind, will, emotions, and spirit. After all, we can appear strong and put together on the outside while feeling exhausted, anxious, discouraged, wounded, or spiritually drained on the inside. That realization became the foundation for SoulyFit.The name SoulyFit reflects the belief that true wellness goes far beyond physical fitness. God desires wholeness for every part of our lives. He wants to heal our hearts, renew our minds, strengthen our faith, and help us walk in the purpose He created us for.The Scripture that inspired this mission is found in 3 John 1:2:"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers."This powerful verse reminds us that our spiritual, emotional, and mental well-being impacts every area of life—from our relationships and decisions to our peace, confidence, purpose, and overall health.Through books, devotionals, resources, coaching, and faith-filled encouragement, Lorin is passionate about helping Christian women renew their minds, heal from life's hurts, strengthen their faith, and rediscover their God-given identity and purpose. Her desire is to help women move beyond merely surviving and begin thriving—living with greater peace, confidence, emotional health, spiritual strength, and freedom in Christ. And while she certainly doesn't claim to have life perfectly figured out (she's still searching for her reading glasses half the time and occasionally forgets why she walked into a room), she has learned that God faithfully meets us in every season. He continues to grow us, heal us, and transform us from the inside out.Because when God strengthens the soul, everything else begins to grow stronger too.
